Job Description : DIRECTOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND PROJECTS GURGAON one of the biggest investment banks and the function provides financial, Treasury, tax services to all the legal entities. The group provides strategic analysis and advice to various businesses and senior management. Job Description · You will be responsible to take a complete ownership of large scale regulatory, and treasury projects with other responsibilities of managing some other imperative finance projects. · In partnership with programme office, you will also take care of establishing appropriate work stream governance and an additional accountability of end to end project management. · You will work with central programme team/office to implement robust change management and transformation · You will work with a variety of internal global stakeholders to plan resource allocations necessary to deliver your work stream. · You will be required to manage a team of 10+ resources. The Successful Applicant · Qualification preferred - CA/CPA/CIM qualification with Prince2, PMI, a degree in accounting/finance/or STEM related. · Prior experience and knowledge of banking activities, and specifically financial markets products. · Experience in managing Finance led projects in financial services organisations will be a significant advantage. · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage, influence and motivate stakeholders will be assumed. · Previous experience of managing team with a growth mindset and ability to learn and adapt quickly
