Job Description : Factory Operations Head Nigeris ????????? Reports to: Managing Director ???? Qualification: Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Food Tech preferred); MBA is an added advantage ???? Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior factory leadership role in Nigeria’s food/FMCG sector ???? Key Responsibilities: ? Lead day-to-day factory operations and ensure production targets met ? Manage and develop factory staff across departments ? Ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance ? Drive cost-efficient and continuous improvement initiatives ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows ? Maintain a culture of operational excellence and accountability We’re looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in factory management, deep knowledge of food manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
