Senior Human Resource Manager
15 yearsJob Description : Senior HR Manager – West Africa, GUINEA a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and will oversee all HR functions including payroll, policy implementation, leave management, compliance, and headhunting. This leadership role requires a proactive, resourceful professional who can manage the HR team and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Management Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. Address employee relations issues, grievances, and demands. Manage recruitment and selection processes. Foster employee development, engagement, and retention. Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Manage pay plans and benefits programs. 2. Payroll Management Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Manage salary payments, deductions, and statutory obligations. Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations. 3. HR Policies Implementation Develop and maintain compliant HR policies and procedures. Regularly update policies to reflect legal and strategic changes. Provide guidance on policy interpretation and implementation. 4. Leave Management Manage leave requests per company policy and labor laws. Maintain accurate leave records and documentation. Advise employees on leave entitlements and processes. 5. Compliance Management Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations. Implement compliance programs to mitigate risks. Conduct audits and resolve compliance issues as needed. 6. Headhunting and Recruitment Develop effective headhunting strategies to attract top talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit and capability. Collaborate with hiring managers for smooth recruitment and onboarding. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in HR leadership roles. Strong knowledge of HR management, payroll, and labor legislation. Fluency in English and French. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills. High integrity and confidentiality. Proficient in HRMS and MS Office.
