15 yearsJob Description : PMO MANAGER NIGERIA ICT Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of complex ICT infrastructure projects Provide leadership in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with organizational goals. PMO Leadership: Establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the ICT Infrastructure department. Develop and implement PMO processes, methodologies, and standards to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure consistent project governance, reporting, and communication across all ICT projects. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the ICT Infrastructure strategy, aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on improving project delivery, resource allocation, and risk management. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Act as a liaison between the ICT Infrastructure department and other business units, promoting a cohesive and integrated approach to project management. Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and utilization across multiple ICT projects, ensuring efficient use of personnel, technology, and budgetary resources. Mentor and guide project teams to enhance their capabilities and ensure high-performance delivery. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Implement risk assessment methodologies and provide recommendations for risk avoidance and mitigation. General: He should be well versed with the current IT technologies and having good understanding of MS Project and other stuff.
