Job Description : MEP HEAD NIGERIA Managing and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement management, etc Proven expertise as a Plumbing & Firefighting engineer and have deep knowledge of plumbing and firefighting engineering especially in construction, real-estate projects Knowledge on the design, execution, and implementation of electrical systems for buildings, and power distribution networks from the inception to the finish of the project Overseeing the project team's work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones Comprehensive knowledge of priced BOQ, specification, and drawings. Responsible for ensuring that all codes and regulations are met, and compliance with all statutory norms and standards Manage construction sites in terms of Electrical, plumbing and firefighting activities, coordinating with manufacturer, ensuring contractors are building correctly, maintaining the schedule Preferred candidate profile 18 - 22 Years Experience with Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering will be an added advantage. Hands-on experience using design and load calculation, experience in Plumbing & Firefighting design. Work experience in mixed used development comprises of High-rise residential, commercial tower and high-end Mansion/Villas project Should be able to create electrical, plumbing and firefighting drawings and also coordination with plumbing and firefighting consultant. Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of all systems upon completion of construction.
