Key Responsibilities: • Manage financial accounting (GL, A/P, A/R, payroll) • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets & forecasts • Enforce financial controls, policies & reporting standards • Monitor cash flow and provide actionable insights • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance ???? Requirements: • M.Com or MBA (Finance) • 10+ years in a mid-to-large manufacturing setup (FMCG/F&B preferred) • Proficient in Excel & Tally • Excellent English communication • Stable and progressive career record
