Operations and Supply Chain Head

Job Description : Head of Operations & Supply Chain, America's Open to International candidates This is a unique opportunity to join a stable, thriving manufacturer where your expertise in supply chain and operations will directly impact their continued growth. You'll lead critical functions, optimize processes, and build for the future within a secure and expanding organization TARGET PROFILE: Experienced End-to-End Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations leader with extensive experience. You must have experience leading the following functions: Procurement, SIOP, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, AND Manufacturing Operations functions. This is a true end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations leadership role. Requirement to have people leadership experience (ideally 10+ years) Must have experience managing other people leaders. Must have min. 15 years of experience. INDUSTRY: Must have extensive Manufacturing industry experience. No requirement for specific sector of manufacturing. Preference to have experience within high volume manufacturing operations. Preference for industrial or automotive manufacturing, but not required. COMPENSATION: $225-300K Base + Annual Bonus (25% Target) + LTI WORKSITE: HYBRID. To be considered, you must be local or able to relocate immediately to northern NJ. This role CANNOT be remote. REPORTS TO: CEO COMPANY SIZE: Less than 300M USD Annual Revenue HIGHLIGHTS: Many to share, but lets keep this short. There are expectations for double digit revenue growth and significant investments are being made to expand operational capabilities.
