Job Description : CEO DUBAI UAE for a $3BN family group based in the UAE The group who operate across Real Estate Development, Investments, Automotive, E-Commerce, Retail, Food Distribution require a commercial CEO who can generate and drive business growth and bring new contracts to the existing powerful Logistics 3PL operation. to lead 26 nationalities across the GCC and north Africa regions. A profile who has built a business across Europe, who has moved globally either within the Middle East or ASIA and adapted to cultures and economic ambiguity. A track record with a MNC and exposure to working with family groups would be a distinct advantage. Excellence within Automotive or Food Production. The key driver is a P&L leader who can grow and develop the business so a Chief Commercial officer or Chief Sales officer in a major logistics group could be a dynamic fit. Package $350K NET + 30% Bonus + Schooling + Business Family Flights + LTIP. Only the top 1% will be considered as always.
