Job Description : CONSTRUCTION MANAGER UAE Construction Manager Location: [UAE] Industry: Construction / Engineering Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1420 Years Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to lead and oversee large-scale high-rise residential and commercial construction projects (G+60 floors and above), with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise from the Middle East construction sector, especially in high-rise construction, and will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from execution to closeout. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction, commissioning, and project closeout. Oversee subcontractor negotiations, coordination, and performance, fostering strong, productive relationships. Analyze and review contractor CPM schedule updates and progress payments; assist in recovery schedules if required. Manage resource planning and cross-departmental coordination to ensure optimal execution. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities for timely approvals and compliance. Functional Responsibilities: Project Execution: Successfully organize and manage large-scale (G+60 floors and above) residential/commercial projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Review and verify scope of work, timelines, and quality standards based on BOQs and project plans. Monitor procurement activities to ensure materials and equipment meet project specifications and timelines. Process & Quality: Implement modern construction methodologies aligned with safety and risk management protocols. Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies with robust contingency plans. Define and enforce SOPs across all project operations to ensure consistency and efficiency. Maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward safety violations; ensure 100% compliance with site safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 1420 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 8 years in the Middle East. Proven experience managing high-rise structures (G+60 and above), preferably with a contracting background. Technical & Leadership Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, and Construction Management Software. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High initiative and problem-solving capabilities, able to deliver results under pressure. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions effectively. Strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within tight schedules.
