Job Description : Senior Finance Manager Hospitality Industry Location: Uganda (Preferred Candidate Region: South India) Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years Industry: Hotel / Hospitality Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience, proven job stability, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage the overall financial health of the organization · Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals · Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports · Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations · Lead audits, manage financial controls, and streamline accounting processes · Collaborate with operations and senior management to drive profitability · Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk · Supervise accounting staff and support financial training initiatives Candidate Requirements: · Minimum 12 years of finance experience in the hotel/hospitality sector · Demonstrated job stability in previous roles · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational abilities Compensation & Benefits: · Expat Salary: USD 2,500/month · Local Salary: UGX 1,000,000/month · Accommodation: Provided by the company (Bachelor status) · Transportation: Provided by the company · Leave Policy: 45 days leave every two years with return airfare Working Days: Monday to Saturday Important Note: · This position is based in Uganda. · Only candidates who are willing to relocate to Uganda should apply. · Candidates with a proven track record in finance leadership roles within the hospitality industry will be given priority. · Please ensure the profiles shared demonstrate job stability, hospitality sector experience, and strong communication skills. · Early submission of suitable profiles is encouraged to expedite the hiring process.
