HR Corner Group is recruiting a multi-skilled, forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of a fast-evolving, multi-disciplinary business group headquartered in Dubai, with diversified verticals spanning real estate, investments, trading, logistics, and technology. This is not a traditional CFO role — the ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of financial strategy, operational leadership, and governance acumen. Acting as both CFO and de facto COO, you’ll be a central figure in decision-making, structure-building, and risk oversight across the group. Your Mission To lead the financial strategy and operational control of a multi-entity business, ensuring sustainable profitability, efficient resource allocation, strategic risk management, and enterprise-level compliance. Key Responsibilities Group Financial Leadership Own the full financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for all group entities. Develop and implement capital structuring, treasury policies, and financial planning systems. Ensure clear group-level visibility on P&L, cash flow, and cost optimization opportunities across verticals. Operational Excellence (COO Lens) Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and board, influencing operational decision-making across functions. Drive cross-entity process harmonization, efficiency, and automation, with oversight of key operational KPIs. Oversee critical areas such as procurement, shared services, IT systems, and infrastructure support. Risk, Control & Governance Establish a robust governance framework across subsidiaries, encompassing internal controls, risk registers, audit readiness, and compliance protocols. Act as the central control point for risk exposure, legal compliance, and policy implementation across jurisdictions. Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, banks, and regulators as required. Cross-Vertical Integration Coordinate finance and operational alignment across diverse verticals, including real estate, logistics, trading, and digital investments. Provide insights into portfolio performance, strategic investments, and business unit synergies. Play a key role in M&A activity, JV structuring, and group-wide transformation initiatives. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance and operations team across multiple locations. Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement. Support talent development and succession planning in finance, risk, and operations. Ideal Candidate Profile 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and operations leadership, with exposure to conglomerates or holding structures. Strong understanding of corporate finance, strategic planning, ERP systems, and group-level reporting. Experience managing multi-vertical businesses in sectors like real estate, logistics, investment, or trading. Confident in leading board-level reporting, external stakeholder engagement, and internal policy rollout. Big-picture thinker with operational instincts, analytical precision, and high integrity.
