As the Chief Digital Strategy Officer, you will be: Setting the overall direction for digital growth—and making sure everyone's clear on where you're headed Working closely with teams across product, tech, and marketing to get things done Using data to guide decisions, from high-level strategy to small optimizations Looking closely at how users sign up, stick around, or drop off—and figuring out how to improve that Building a culture where testing and learning are just part of how things work Helping teams focus on what matters most (and cutting what doesn't) You'll be a great fit if: You've held senior roles—CPO, Digital Director, or something similar—where leading teams and shaping business strategy was part of the job. You get how B2C subscription models work. You know how to improve acquisition, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value. Data isn't just numbers to you—it's a decision-making tool. You use it wisely, without overcomplicating things. You've worked across marketing, tech, and product, so you know how to connect the dots and get everyone aligned.
