Implement effective reporting frameworks for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), budget adherence, and overall financial health of ongoing projects. Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve complex issues efficiently. Drive operational excellence by promoting best practices in cost control, value engineering, and commercial governance across all projects under your remit.
