Availability: Immediate preferred Key Responsibilities: Drive financial strategy, planning, and risk management Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensure regulatory compliance and manage cash flow Lead investor relations, funding strategies, and capital structuring Coordinate with project teams on feasibility and ROI analysis Develop and monitor KPIs across the business Requirements: 12+ years of financial leadership experience Must have real estate or property development experience in the UAE Proven expertise in project finance, funding, and investor management Strong understanding of UAE tax, compliance, and reporting standards CPA, CA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) preferred
