Regional Manager

Job Description : Regional Manager – UK & EU with a renowned FMCG Brand. Location: India (with 50% travel to UK & EU) We are looking for a seasoned FMCG sales professional to lead our sales, distribution, and marketing strategy for the company and private label brands across the UK & EU markets. Key Responsibilities: -Drive sales planning and achievement across UK & EU -Manage existing business and identify new opportunities, including private label and ethnic/specialty channels -Expand retail distribution, plug gaps, and ensure visibility and merchandising of products -Work closely with distributors and sales teams to enhance market presence -Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities Who You Are: -Relevant Graduate degree (MBA is an added advantage) -Strong network of distributors and clients -Proven ability to deliver targets and grow business -Open to extensive travel (up to 50%) -Excellent communication and negotiation skills
