Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER NIGERIA Lead SAP S/4 HANA (Project Manager) Location: Lagos Nigeria Qualification: MBA/MCA/BTech/BE/CA/CMA or equivalent Certification: SAP S/4 HANA, PMP, Prince 2 and ITIL Experience: 15 + Experience in SAP Implementation, 5+ SAP S/4 HANA Projects Implementation experience. Selection Criteria: SAP S/4 HANA Minimum 5 Project Implementation exp. a Project Manager. Preferably work in business IT environment for end-to-end business process automation. Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Familiarity with data migration, system integration, user acceptance testing & training. Ontime support, Able to achieve defined SLA, Proficient process knowledge for the O2C, R2R, P2P, H2R, etc. processes. Responsibilities: Candidates should be proficient in Project Management using SAP activate methodology, PMP, Prince2, and ITIL practices for IT Projects implementation. Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, roadmap including timelines, resources, and budgets. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and consultants. Resource management. Ensure adherence to best practices & SAP methodologies throughout project lifecycle. Achieving timely delivery, budget compliance, and realizing business goals. Tracking project performance and prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management. Weekly project progress update to stakeholder and drive the steering committee expectations. Must handle projects like Fintech, Sales & Distribution, Order to Cash, CRM, Procure to Pay, Warehouse, record to report, HRMS, new technology adoption in oil & gas or manufacturing process industry. Suggest Improvement & Automation of the processes. Adoption of available best application to business benefits in a cost-effective manner. Strong understanding of SAP core modules, BTP and other software integration points. Develop communication strategies and leading communications with senior executives, mid-level or first line leaders and key stakeholders Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation planning Functional Understanding (Finance, Accounts, Product Costing, Procurement, Warehousing, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Quality, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Human Resources & Payroll and Treasury management. Handle customer support in terms of, User Issues Application and Training. Maintain Support SLAs and meet the same. Handle the change management process, factoring the above. To manage user testing & training, user manual, business process flow Charts. Preparation of the Business Requirement Document BRD and Gap – fit documents for various processes like procure to pay, order to cash, record to report. Adoption of available best application to business benefits in a cost-effective manner.
