Job Description : Project Controls Manager Saudi Arabia Project Controls Managers to join an international consultancy on a large rnixed-use program in Saudi Arabia. Candidates applying for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying and 8-12 years post-graduate experience. • Lead and manage the project controls team • Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements • Developing project controls standards, policies and procedures and change management programs • Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls • Establishing and managing the project master schedule, budget and project cost control, risk management plan, document control and change control • Progress, cost and risk monitoring and analysis • Provide monthly and weekly reports • Preparing and making presentations
