Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : Manager -Supply Chain DUBAI International Group Trading Co. LLC is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you’ll be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and optimal service delivery. Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage inventory levels, warehouse operations, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimal stockouts. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, supplies etc.. to ensure alignment and meet customer demands. Performance Monitoring: Develop and track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, stock turnover, and on-time deliveries. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce waste. What We’re Looking For: Master’s in Business Administration (specialization/certification in Supply chain management is an added advantage) Proven experience of more than 15 years in supply chain management, specifically within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, logistics, distribution and process optimization. Proven ability to develop and analyse KPIs. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Why Join Us?
