Job Description : General Manager to spearhead their construction operations in Dubai. If you possess strategic acumen, extensive UAE construction expertise, and a commitment to excellence, this role is tailored for you. Key Responsibilities: - Drive operational strategy, fostering growth and ensuring profitability - Supervise end-to-end project implementation, focusing on cost, time, quality, and HSE standards - Lead a proficient team spanning engineering, project management, and support functions - Cultivate and manage crucial relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors Qualifications: - 12+ years of construction background, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity in the UAE - Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects - Profound understanding of FIDIC contracts, UAE regulations, and project finances - Educational background in Engineering/Construction (MBA/PMP qualifications are advantageous) Offer Details: - Monthly salary of AED 50,000 - Based in Dubai - Leadership position with avenues for professional advancement
