QA/QC Manager

Job Description : QA/QC Manager – Food Industry | Dubai, UAE Barakat is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Control operations at our Dubai facility. This is a critical leadership role ensuring our food safety systems, product quality, and regulatory compliance meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Include: *Overseeing all QA/QC activities across production phases *Conducting internal audits and ensuring ISO & food safety compliance *Managing customer complaints through root cause analysis and effective CAPA *Liaising with municipalities, certification bodies, and auditors *Driving food safety culture and team capability development *Leading R&D initiatives, product improvements, and QA digitalization *Mentoring the QA team and ensuring departmental KPIs/OKRs are met *Experience in the beverage industry will be an added advantage Ideal Candidate Should Have: Postgraduate degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology 10+ years of hands-on experience in food QA/QC Experience in handling Manufacturing Division Certified HACCP / ISO Lead or Internal Auditor Strong knowledge of ISO/FSSC standards, GHP, GMP practices Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills UAE Driving License is a must We're looking for a proactive, technically sound leader with a passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
