Finance Director

Job Description : Financial Director – Riyadh We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our leadership team in Riyadh. This is a key strategic role for a finance leader with a strong background in facilities management, operations, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: – Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking – Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives – Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS) – Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management frameworks – Provide financial insights and support to executive leadership for strategic decision-making – Manage and improve financial reporting systems and ERP tools – Lead and mentor the finance team for continuous improvement and performance Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field – Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, or MBA is a strong advantage) – Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in finance – At least 3 years in a senior financial leadership position – Mandatory experience in facilities management, operations, or maintenance sectors – Advanced skills in budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting – Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel – Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations – Excellent communication and leadership abilities – Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
