Regional Human Resources Director

Job Description : REGIONAL HR DIRECTOR SINGAPORE a successful fund group with investments mainly across the energy and renewable industry. Due to business growth, they are now seeking an experienced and talented Regional Human Resources Director to manage all HR initiatives, shaping and leading their growing team across the region. This is a leadership role, reporting directly to the group's CEO. Job Description In this newly created role, you will work closely with the C-Suite stakeholders and manage a regional portfolio across APAC. In addition, you will be: · Leading the delivery of all HR and People matters including talent assessment and planning, learning and development, organizational design and culture development; acting as a HR Partner and Consultant to the business · Providing strategic, clear and inspirational leadership, working closely with talented leaders to develop and lead effective people strategies · Lead and support all Mergers & Acquisitions from a HR standpoint, ensuring seamless transitions and integration for employees · Driving Best-in-Class policies and guidelines centered around human capital development to support a robust organization structure and employer branding · Managing continuous business performance and sustainable success through people development and growth The Successful Applicant · Min. 15 years' experience in Human Resources, ideally within notable MNCs / Fortune 500s · Experienced with regional markets across SEA, India and China · Strong credentials as a People Leader, leading talent management and development · Strong influencing and communication skills; experienced working closely with C-Level stakeholders and ability to communicate with employees of all levels · Experienced leading HR policies and roadmaps for integration across M&As · Experience working within start-up environments is a plus; entrepreneurial mindset
