20 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS HEAD AUTOMOTIVE PARTS SALES Job Title: Business Head Automotive Parts Sales Location: GCC Region Function: Business Development & Sales Leadership Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Business Head to lead the strategic growth and operational execution of our automotive parts division. This critical role is responsible for steering a key profit centre, with a focus on driving business expansion across the GCC and international markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in sales and business developmentparticularly in automotive B2B and B2C channels. This role requires the ability to blend strategic vision with tactical execution, manage cross-functional teams, and forge strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and aftermarket customers. · Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives across domestic and international markets. · Market Development & Expansion: Identify new markets, product segments, and strategic partnerships to drive market share growth and competitive advantage. · Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen high-impact relationships with OEMs, key distributors, and aftermarket partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. · Sales Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of sales operations including planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, credit control, and performance analysis. · Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire high-performing regional and international sales teams. Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise effectively with marketing, logistics, finance, and product development teams to ensure alignment of strategies and operational efficiency. · Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and drive improvements through data-driven insights and continuous performance evaluation. · Customer Experience & Retention: Champion customer-centric initiatives to enhance service delivery, customer engagement, and retention. Key Requirements: · Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Engineering and MBA from top-tier institutions (mandatory). · Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, and team leadership within the automotive parts or industrial sectors, preferably with a reputed multinational or regional organization. · Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the automotive parts industry, including OEM and aftermarket channels, regional export compliance, and supply chain dynamics. · Regional Exposure: Proven success in leading business operations within the GCC region and international markets. · Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complexity and drive transformation. · Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP and business systems (preferably SAP) and other sales automation tools. · Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across GCC and international markets as required.
