Job Description : CEMENT PROJECT HEAD QUEBEC, CANADA Open to International candidates We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead and oversee large-scale projects in our cement manufacturing company in Nagaur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the cement industry, with expertise in project execution, plant expansion, operations, and team leadership. This role requires strategic planning, execution capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of cement production and project management. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the setup, expansion, and modernization of the cement plant. Develop and implement project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure timely execution of projects within cost and quality parameters. Plant Operations & Infrastructure: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for smooth execution. Manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cement plant machinery. Ensure proper infrastructure development and operational readiness of the plant. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors. Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to align project goals. Ensure safety, compliance, and environmental standards are met. Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets to control costs and optimize resources. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. Implement quality control measures in cement manufacturing projects. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals. Technical & Process Improvement: Identify innovative solutions and latest technologies to improve plant efficiency. Optimize production processes to enhance cement quality and output. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present progress reports, performance analysis, and project documentation. Address and resolve any project-related issues, delays, or risks. Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (preferred). 18+ years of experience in cement plant project management. In-depth knowledge of cement production processes, plant setup, and operations. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and project risk management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP, MS Project, and other project management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
