Technical Head

Job Description : TECHNICAL HEAD EAST AFRICA FOR REFINERY Responsibilities: - Provide strategic technical direction to optimize operations and maximize efficiency and value engineering. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements - Ensure that operations comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices. - Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality and consistency. - Budget Management: Develop and manage technical budgets, including capital expenditures/budgeting ,operating costs and maintain monthly yield analysis. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, suppliers, and contractors. - Production material management & engineering store Experience: - At least 12 years of experience in refinery operations, process engineering, or a similar technical role only from OIL & GAS industry.
