Job Description : Head of Supermarkets Operations For Doha, Qatar (Only INDIAN Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC & Transferable Visa can apply) Job Description: 1. Bachelor / Master’s Degree with min 10-15 yrs of experience in heading a supermarket chain. 2. Expert in business development, frame business strategies, a good understanding of local market & trends, Cost Controls, & business promotions. 3. Ability in handling different categories, efficient assortment, near expiry management, allocation of shelf space etc. 4. Good knowledge of Inventory & Vendor Management, Logistics / Warehouse, and day to day operations of the supermarket. 5. Adept at maintaining food safety & hygiene standards & procedures. 6. Leadership skills, Interpersonal & communication skills, Strong analytical & negotiating skills. 7. A valid Qatar driver's license.
