Engineering Head

Job Description : ENGINEERING HEAD KSA a leading energy infrastructure and power generation company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Head of Engineering. This executive-level role will lead the full engineering function for large-scale energy/IPP projects across thermal, renewable, and other power sectors, while managing multidisciplinary teams including design, construction and O&M. The position reports directly to the CEO and will oversee Design & Construction as well as Operations & Maintenance, and ensuring technical excellence, project execution, and compliance across all phases of development. Key Requirements: 20+ years of engineering leadership in large-scale IPP projects Strong track record in project development, execution, and O&M Engineering degree required; Master’s and professional certifications preferred
