Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER IBERIA Open to International candidates Country Manager for Iberia, responsible for leading business expansion in Spain and Portugal. This strategic position will establish the company's local presence, define and implement the commercial strategy, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. The selected candidate will play a key role in market development, positioning the brand in the region and generating growth through technology consulting solutions, infrastructure, data services, and specialized professional talent. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute the Iberian market entry strategy, aligned with global objectives. Develop and implement an effective go-to-market plan tailored to local needs. Driving business growth in areas such as technology consulting, infrastructure, data solutions, and specialized talent. Establish the company's presence from scratch: define the value proposition, attract the first customers, and build strategic alliances. Represent the company before clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders in the technology sector. Collaborate with international teams to ensure proper alignment between local operations and the corporate vision. Profile sought: Over 18 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial management in the technology consulting, systems integration, and IT staffing sectors. Previous experience in opening or scaling operations in new markets, preferably in Iberia. Familiarity with services such as cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and IT talent outsourcing. Ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution. Mastery of English and Spanish
