Job Description : PROCUREEMNT AND LOGISTICS DIRECTOR MALAYSIA As the Procurement & Logistics Director, you will orchestrate the seamless movement of materials and goods, ensuring that every aspect of the supply chain in the Palm Oil Refinery & Chemical industry operates with precision and responsiveness. Your leadership will guide the entire supply chain cycle, integrating operations with corporate objectives and sustainable practices. Lead procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations Develop sourcing strategies that align with production needs and cost objectives Negotiate and manage supplier agreements, upholding ethical procurement standards Build and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers and vendors Oversee logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely transportation Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and transportation regulations What you’ll bring To excel in this role, you will need a potent mix of experience, skills, and leadership attributes. Your expertise will propel the supply chain to new levels of efficiency and sustainability in the Palm Oil Refinery & Chemical industry. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or equivalent; Master’s or MBA preferred At least 15 years in a senior procurement role, with experience in Asia Extensive knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices Proficiency in procurement software, with SAP being advantageous Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data
