Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR MADAGASCAR As a true driving force behind performance, you will manage all sales activities, supervise field teams, and contribute directly to revenue growth and strengthening the company's position in the Malagasy market. In this role, you will be responsible for: Define and deploy the commercial strategy on a national scale, in line with the company's growth objectives. Manage and support sales teams spread across the territory. Develop the key account client portfolio (sectors: transport, industry, construction, mining). Ensure the performance of the service station network, in terms of volume, profitability and quality of service. Implement sales performance monitoring tools and optimize internal processes. The Successful Applicant With a higher education in business or engineering, you have at least 10 years of experience in the oil distribution sector, including significant experience in managing field sales teams. You understand the challenges associated with the sale of petroleum products (network, lubricants, key account customers) and are recognized for your leadership, your ability to structure a business, and your results-oriented approach. International experience, particularly in Africa or island environments, would be an asset.
