Country Manager 
18 yearsJob Description : COUNTRY MANAGER NIGERIA Lead and manage all country operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and overall business performance in Nigeria. Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability in line with corporate objectives. Oversee day-to-day commercial activities, including sales, marketing, distribution, and trade marketing, ensuring strong execution in both modern and general trade channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retail partners, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Manage, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative working culture. Provide regular reports and business insights to regional and headquarters management. Coordinate closely with regional supply chain, finance, and HR to support smooth operations and resolve cross-functional issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 18–20 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior management or country lead role. Proven track record in sales, marketing, and distributor management within the Nigerian market. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Deep understanding of the local market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory environment. Results-driven with high resilience and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
