Job Description : Plant Manager | FMCG Sector Location - Africa We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead end-to-end operations at our manufacturing facility. This leadership role will oversee Production, Quality, Engineering & Projects, and QEHS, driving efficiency, safety, and performance. What You’ll Lead: Daily plant operations with a focus on production quality and efficiency Implementation of food safety standards (HACCP / FSSC / BRC / ISO 14000) Engineering projects and preventive maintenance to improve OEE Cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives Industrial relations and union negotiations Budget planning across labor, energy, materials, and maintenance Who We’re Looking For: 15–20 years of experience in plant management within a leading FMCG company A proven leader in cross-functional team environments
