HSSE Lead

Job Description : HSSE Lead Location: Madina Group WLL - Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Petrochemical / Petroleum Refining / Power Generation ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead safe execution of Maintenance, Projects, Campaigns, and Turnarounds. Implement COMPANY and CONTRACTOR HSSE policies (e.g. Permit to Work, Lifting, Scaffolding, Confined Space Entry). Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and safety inspections. Develop and maintain risk management strategies and safety competency programs. Liaise with Occupational Health, Emergency Response, Environmental and Technical teams. Maintain HSSE performance metrics and ensure action tracking and closeout. Provide leadership and guidance to site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance. ???? Qualifications & Experience: 15+ years’ experience in Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining, or Power sectors. 10+ years as HSE Supervisor and 5+ years as HSSE Manager. Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering (preferred) + Diploma in HSSE/Safety or NEBOSH Diploma. Strong knowledge of HSSE standards, scaffolding, insulation, painting, rope access, refractory safety. Familiarity with international safety codes and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong English communication (IELTS 6 or equivalent).
