Human Resources Operations Manager

Job Description : HR Operations Manager Industry: Oil & Gas Location: Nigeria, Africa Experience: 18 to 26 years preferred Key Responsibilities: · Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. · Partner with business units to align HR strategies with operational goals. · Manage employee lifecycle processesrecruitment support, performance management, and exit formalities. · Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific standards. · Drive HR digital transformation initiatives and optimize HRIS systems. · Support workforce planning and manpower reporting for domestic and international projects. · Lead employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs. · Coordinate with global HR teams for policy alignment and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: · MBA or Masters in HR or related field. · Experience in a global or multi-site oil & gas or energy company. · Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance frameworks. · Proficiency in HR analytics, Excel, and HRMS platforms. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
