We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Athens. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage current construction project (Hotel and Hospitality Venue) ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payments.
