We are seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to join our executive team and partner directly with the President & CEO to drive innovation, transformation, and long-term value creation. This is a rare opportunity to help future-proof a major enterprise while playing a key role in governance, succession planning, and multi-generational integration. *** What You’ll Do: - Partner with the President & CEO to define and execute the Group’s long-term strategic vision. - Lead enhancements to corporate governance structures. - Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business transformation. - Ensure strategic alignment across departments through collaboration with fellow C-suite leaders. - Analyze global markets and economic trends to identify key risks and growth opportunities. - Represent the Group on portfolio boards and governance committees. - Oversee planning activities, including market analysis, capital allocation, and KPI development. - Promote a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement. *** What We’re Looking For: - Extensive experience in a similar role within a large business group, holding company. - Expertise in corporate governance, strategy execution, and organizational transformation. - A strong global perspective with an ability to assess and respond to market dynamics. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills. *** Reporting Line: This role reports directly to the President & Owner and collaborates closely with the executive leadership team.
