Job Description : VP OPERATIONS INDIA The ideal candidate should be a B.E / B.Tech with 20+ years of rich experience in the auto-component/ancillary industry, including the last 5 years in a senior leadership role. Deserved candidate will be responsible for P&L Management, plant operations, SCM, HSE, Maintenance, Process & Tooling, and Plant functions, while driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth. The role also involves spearheading business development initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and nurturing a culture of operational excellence. Candidate must be an expertise in QMS, IATF 16949, and multi-cultural team leadership are preferred.
