Job Description : CFO SYDNEY AUSTRALIA Open to International candidates Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth Australian software business backed by private equity. As the financial leader of the executive team, you will be instrumental in accelerating value creation, optimising the business model, and positioning the company for a strategic sale or capital event. Your Role: Partner with the CEO and Board to execute the growth strategy, drive EBITDA expansion, and lead M&A or exit readiness initiatives. Deliver robust forecasting, data-driven insights, and scalable systems to support profitable growth. Shape investor relations, manage capital structures, and maintain disciplined financial governance. Lead a lean finance team to support recurring revenue, customer success metrics, and SaaS KPIs. About You: Proven success as a CFO or senior finance executive in a PE-backed software/SaaS company. This is essential and a must have. Deep understanding of what drives enterprise value in a PE context: scalability, margin expansion, and cash conversion. Skilled in exit planning, due diligence preparation, and aligning finance with commercial and operational performance.
