Job Description : RETAIL HEAD UAE Consumer Electronics / Retail Function: Retail Sales & Operations Seniority: Mid to Senior Level Languages: Fluent in English, and ideally Chinese as well Responsibilities: Develop and execute retail strategies to boost product visibility and sales across diverse retail channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure optimal brand representation. Plan and lead in-store promotions, product demos, and marketing campaigns to drive footfall and conversions. Ensure high-impact merchandising and brand consistency across all retail touchpoints. Train and support retail staff and promoters to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with partners to ensure stock availability and minimize stockouts. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior leadership. Oversee the performance of promoters and retail sales teams, ensuring alignment with KPIs and brand standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless retail execution. Requirements: 18+ years of retail management experience in consumer electronics. Strong team development and management experience Proven experience managing different types of sales channels including Key Dealer Retail (KDR), Organized Retail (OR), and Independent Retailers (IRs). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management tools. Willingness to travel regularly across Middle East region.
