Job Description : GROUP COMMERCIAL MANAGER AUSTRALIA Open to International candidates Support the CFO and ELT in leading commercial excellence Fantastic leadership and culture | Genuine progression opportunities Sydney based, up to $300k plus incentives The Business You will be joining a medium sized B2B Industrial Services business poised for further growth who provide key infrastructure to some of the largest and most well known brands and businesses. The Role Manage and develop a leading commercial and FP&A function providing innovative and proactive insights to the business. This broad role will have a national focus and leads a small and capable team of Commercial Managers across the following: Commercial analysis and support across the business including Regional General Managers and the ELT Analysis and support on customer tenders and proposals; providing advice on commercial and operational implications Leading preparation of budgets and forecasts Monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis Support M&A transactions Proactively identify business improvement opportunities Must have attributes The role will require someone who genuinely enjoys operational involvement, a true business partner who brings others on the journey: You roll up your sleeves and proactively get into the operations of the business You are a story teller who provides rich commercial insights in a language the business understands A proven leader in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes with a track record in senior business partnering An excellent communicator with executive presence, a natural collaborator with a strong service ethic Experienced in heavy industries What's in it for you?
