Job Description : Maintenance Manager – Injection Moulding | Nigeria (West Africa) An exciting opportunity with a renowned manufacturing group operating across West Africa! We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to lead the maintenance operations of our Injection Moulding facility in Nigeria. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee electrical maintenance across the plant • Lead preventive maintenance planning and execution • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure minimal downtime • Supervise and manage local Nigerian maintenance staff ???? Facility produces: Pallets, crates, paint buckets, caps & closures, and household plastic goods ???? Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering only ???? Experience: 10–15 years in plastic manufacturing (Injection Moulding) Hands-on with: • Pumps, blowers, baling press, gearboxes, pelletizer die • High-speed grinding & washing lines (2000 Kg/Hr) • Water/air cooled chillers (100TR) & cooling towers (200TR) • PP/HDPE recycling, pelletizing (500–750 Kg/Hr) • Pimco & China grinders, battery cracker, cutter ? Preference: Candidates with prior Nigerian or West African experience
