Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company goals Drive financial performance, governance, compliance, and risk management Manage investor relations and lead fundraising initiatives Optimize capital structure and ensure long-term financial health Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic business decisions Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in retail industry Strong command over financial controls, commercial strategy, and capital markets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Track record of scaling businesses with ?800+ crore turnover
