Job Description : Industrial Operation & Maintenance Manager – Extruders & Boilers in Dammam SaudiArabia We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Industrial Operation & Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of extrusion machinery and industrial boilers within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of extrusion lines (EPS/XPS/Plastic/Polymer) and steam or thermal oil boiler systems, ensuring smooth plant operations and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in industrial operations & maintenance with specialization in extrusion machinery and industrial boilers. Strong knowledge of boiler systems (steam, thermal oil), PLC/SCADA-controlled extruders, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors. Familiar with international safety standards and energy efficiency practices. Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, planning, and communication skills.
