Industrial Head

Job Description : Head – Industrial Engineering (IE) – Apparel Manufacturing Industry : Garment / Apparel Manufacturing Location : South Africa CTC : 5000 USD per Month. Experience : 12+ years in garment production. We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Head of Industrial Engineering to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) team across all units and product categories. Develop and implement efficient methods to optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization. Drive productivity improvement programs through motion study, method study, and time study. Implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement projects. Develop and train IE teams and production supervisors on best practices and industrial engineering tools. Key Requirements : Graduation is preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in garment manufacturing. Strong knowledge of garment production processes, SMV calculation, and lean manufacturing tools.
