Taxation and Payable Manager

Job Description : TAXATION AND PAYABLE MANAGER UGANDA 10+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities · Lead team in planning for corporate tax compliance or any other financial statutory compliance etc. · Check the reconciliation of GPA and assure that the physical balance is tallying with General Ledger. · To co-ordinate with External & Internal auditors for statutory audit compliances. · Oversee, Inter-company accounts reconciliation, suppliers/vendors account reconciliation, monthly ledger scrutiny, asset register, bank reco etc. · Generate related periodic management reports. · Yearly Annual Income tax return working, follow up tax authority for refund of concessions/rebates etc. · Manage NGOs account desk. Do report writing, proposal writing/scrutiny, Feasibility and Cost-Benefit Analysis and calculation of ROI. · Learn and get familiar with local statutory laws ASAP and work with all authorities so we comply in all areas.
