Job Description : FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS TEAM LEAD BOTSWANA Lead overall finance, accounting, and compliance functions at the project site Monitor budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management Ensure timely financial reporting and statutory compliance (local & international) Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners Coordinate with corporate finance for alignment and reporting Requirements: CA / MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience Proven experience in international project finance (preferably Africa) Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards & ERP systems
