Regional Export Head

Job Description : Regional Head – Exports for a leading FMCG company, looking to scale across Southeast Asia, SAARC, and Australia based out of Delhi NCR. We are looking for professionals with expertise in international trade, exports, and business development, specifically within the FMCG industry. A strong background in Far East or Southeast Asian markets is required. Key Responsibilities: -Drive exports and business growth across SAARC, Southeast Asia & Australia -Build and deepen distributor & partner relationships -Lead and mentor a high-performing exports team -Shape go-to-market and regional expansion strategies -Ensure smooth, compliant export operations Ideal Candidate: -10+ years of experience in international sales, exports/business development -Exposure to international markets, especially Southeast Asia / Far East -Experience in FMCG sector is mandatory. -Strong relationship management and team leadership skills
