15 yearsJob Description : HR DIRECTOR CAMEROON Must be bi lingual with 15+ years experience in Africa Location : Cameroon MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Support for HR strategy • Participate in the development and implementation of the Group HR strategic plan • Prepare HR performance monitoring dashboards (KPIs) • Analyze social, demographic and regulatory issues to support the group's developments 2. Management of HR operations • Coordinate and ensure the reliability of key HR processes: payroll, personnel administration, disciplinary monitoring • Monitor the correct application of HR procedures at the various sites • Supervise monthly reporting from site HR Managers 3. HR development • Contribute to the implementation of training plans, GPEC and talent development • Participate in annual evaluation campaigns and performance plans • Identify internal potential and collaborate on succession plans 4. Social Relations and Conformity • Ensure social and legal monitoring in all countries of establishment • Support country HR managers in their relations with staff representative bodies • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and BHH's CSR commitments 5. HR Information Systems (HRIS) • Participate in the continuous improvement of Group HR tools • Guarantee the quality of HR data transmitted to the IT department or management control • HR reporting practices
