Oversee full-scale ERP integration (e.g., Lighthouse, SAP B1) across all departments and geographies. Drive the organization towards a paperless, data-driven culture through digitization of core functions. Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies tailored to specific market needs in Africa Design and deliver digital tools including CRM systems, IoT integrations, data warehousing, and mobile applications.
