Contracts and Commercial Manager

Job Description : Contracts and Commercial Manager based in Kuwait Candidate must have bachelor degree in (Civil or Architectural) Engineering and (Preferably) M. Sc. in Contracts and Commercial Management with Minimum 12 years of hands on experience in managing and handling Contacts and contractual matters related to residential construction projects with the client. Act as the lead in handling the contracts management in terms of negotiating, drafting, awarding contracts, executing contract obligations and handling the post-contract cost management in terms of budgeting, variations processing and management, payment certification, financial reporting
